According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, most construction contractors are in a dilemma. Currently, the unit prices of materials announced by the local construction department are often "outdated", partly because the departments also have difficulties. Publicizing the market price, the high unit price will be short of the provincial budget, so many times they "deliberately" offer low.
To ensure objectivity, the Ministry of Construction has surveyed and announced the unit prices of materials by region and region, so it will be closer to the market.
"Hot" price of construction materials in the West

Many contractors said that the cost of construction materials accounts for about 65-70% of the construction cost estimate. Therefore, the situation of price increase has directly affected the investment costs of many projects, works and houses.
